According to an article on Celebrity Gossip, Jamie Lynn & the father of her child might be back together.
People Magazine is reporting that Jamie Lynn and Casey were spotted together earlier in the week, hitting up a Lady Gaga concert in Los Angeles along with older sister, Britney and her beau, Jason Trawick.
19-year-old Spears and 20-year Aldridge have 2-year-old Maddie together and had originally planned to get married before splitting.

And insiders say Casey - the father of Jamie’s 20-month-old daughter Maddie - is planning to take his ex to court for monetary gain.
"Casey’s mom was overheard saying that if he wants financial stability, then he should fight for custody so Jamie Lynn would have to pay him child support," a source told American tabloid the National Enquirer.
"His family told him he could be another Kevin Federline and rake in the cash by being a stay-at-home dad!"
But Jamie, the source says, is prepared for a fight.
"No way would she ever give in," said the mole. "Jamie Lynn might even be willing to pay Casey just to keep him out of her and Maddie’s lives.
"Casey is asking to have Maddie every other weekend now, and I hear that’s all he wants!
"He’s having fun with his freedom."
The Spears clan are hoping Casey will do what’s best for his daughter.
"We know he does truly love Maddie, and he’s not big on the idea of a nasty court case," the source insisted.
"But money is a driving force, and
he’s weak when it
comes to his mom and what she tells him to do. He’s really
torn."

Britney Spears' younger sister Jamie Lynn has called off her engagement to boyfriend Casey Aldridge after deciding she is too young to marry.
The 18-year-old actress accepted Aldridge's proposal early last year when she was pregnant with their daughter, Maddie Briann.
But according to In Touch Weekly magazine, the "Zoey 101" star has changed her mind about marrying her teenage sweetheart and is happy just being boyfriend and girlfriend.
Spears has even returned her diamond engagement ring to Aldridge.
A close pal tells the publication, "Casey proposed when Jamie turned 17. He gave her a gold band with numerous diamonds and one larger stone, but now she has given it back to him.
"Jamie wasn't ready to get married. It's been more than enough for her to adjust to new motherhood for now."

She figures with a movie, she’d work for a few months, then be off with Maddie.” The former Zoey 101 star is also considering music options. “Larry Rudolph [big sis Britney’s manager] is interested in helping Jamie put together a CD,” says the insider.

Is Jamie Lynn Spears following his brothers' footsteps anytime soon? Zimbo's sources reveal that a dress has been picked, invitations have ordered, and a cake has been arranged. All that's left is a wedding date! Jamie Lynn Spears is pushing ahead with her wedding plans.Despite rumours that the relationship between the 17-year-old actress and her fiance Casey Aldridge has been strained recently, the couple are determined to tie the knot soon.
A source said: "Jamie has her heart set on getting married to Casey, and wants her big day to be as special as possible."
Jamie Lynn, who gave birth to the couples' daughter Maddie seven months ago, has already chosen her wedding dress - a Monique Lhuillier gown.
Even though a date for the wedding has not yet been confirmed, the invitations have been ordered and a three-tiered chocolate cake arranged.
The couple has had a tough time recently since the birth of Maddie, adjusting to life as new parents and dealing with stories of Casey's alleged cheating.
Last August, it was claimed Casey had been sleeping with Kelli Dawson until Jamie Lynn was six months pregnant.
Casey has always vehemently denied reports he was unfaithful.

Jamie Lynn Spears' Decoy May Sue?

TMZ reports that Jamie Lynn's Decoy (from awhile back) is claiming that she was forced into being Jamie Lynn Spears' decoy. Refer to the video below if you are not aware of the "Jamie Lynn airport decoy" awhile back. TMZ has learned the L.A. Airport Police and the City of Los Angeles may end up getting sued over a bungled attempt to protect Britney Spears' sister, Jamie Lynn.Last September 11, when Jamie Lynn flew to Los Angeles, LAX cops tried to divert the paparazzi by using a decoy whom they escorted to baggage claim. The impromptu decoy -- Adessa Eskridge -- happened to be on the same plane as Jamie Lynn.
Eskridge's lawyer, Chuck Vernon, tells us one of the cops told Eskridge as she got off the plane, "You're going to help us with something." He says it was almost as if she was taken into custody. Vernon says cops told Eskridge to walk with them as they made their way to baggage claim.
Vernon says as the eight officers escorted his client, she took her sunglasses off but they told her to put them back on. As they reached the bottom of the escalator, she was suddenly and unwittingly besieged by paparazzi.
Jamie Lynn was able to beat a hasty retreat from the airport, undetected by the media.
Vernon says Eskridge has filed a claim for money with the City of L.A., a prelude to filing a lawsuit. Vernon says a City rep from Risk Management contacted him yesterday. Vernon vows, if the claim is rejected, Eskridge will file a lawsuit claiming false arrest and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

Jamie Lynn Spears is considering
taking legal action against Star magazine - after they claimed she had
liposuction while pregnant.The 17-year-old - who gave birth to daughter Maddie Briann in June this year - is said to be furious at reports she went under the knife in a desperate bid to lose weight - without realizing that she was pregnant.
A source was quoted as saying, “She didn’t know she was pregnant when she filled out the health questionnaire prior to the procedure. Her mom approved the injections and went through tons of red tape to get the clinic to administer them to an underage patient.”
But insiders insist the reports are false.
One source said, “It’s 100% not true. She would never in her life do anything like that.”
A representative for Jamie Lynn - the sister of Britney Spears - was unavailable for comment at press time.

Instead, the former TV star is fearful that controversial plastic surgery she had while pregnant could have caused long-term harm to baby Maddie.In the Dec. 15 issue of Star — on sale now — we report that Jamie Lynn had just finished her hit Nickelodeon show Zoey 101 when she found the weight piling on. Not realizing she was expecting, she pleaded with her mom, Lynne Spears, to let her get liposuction, says a source.
"She didn't know she was pregnant when she filled out the health questionnaire prior to the procedure," a second source reveals. "Her mom approved the injections and went through tons of red tape to get the clinic to administer them to an underage patient."
Moms-to-be are advised against the procedure.
"Any form of liposuction is dangerous and should not be performed on a pregnant woman," plastic surgeon Dr. Gary Burton tells Star. "It poses serious health risks to the fetus."
